A magnitude 5 earthquake was recorded 151 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia.

Axar.az reports that the Kamchatka branch of the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences has released information about this.

The earthquake occurred at 16:57 UTC time. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 61 km.

There are no reports of damage or casualties.
