Turkish systems cripple Assad’s military telecoms

Turkiye's electronic warfare systems have made a significant contribution to neutralizing the military communications of the Assad regime in Syria.

Axar.az reports that this claim was made by Intelligence Online, a publication that conducts analysis on French intelligence data.

According to the claim, operations targeting the main command centers of the Assad regime's forces lasted for several days and aimed to paralyze the regime's communications.

The operations were carried out using Turkiye's "Milkar-4A2" radio-electronic warfare system and the "Ilgar Mobile" V/UHF electronic attack system.

It was noted that through the joint operation of these systems, the regime’s army, which was left in a state of paralysis, could not respond to counterattacks because it did not know what had happened.

The report also mentioned that Turkiye targeted radio-electronic systems such as "Araxis" and "Azart," produced by various subsidiaries of the Russian defense industry company "Rostec."
