Tourist boat catches fire off Turkiye’s Fethiye -

A tour boat carrying 115 people caught fire off Fethiye in Turkiye's southwestern Mugla province on Thursday.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkiye Today, that passengers, including children, were forced to put on life jackets and jump into the sea as flames spread across the vessel.

Coast Guard teams and nearby boats moved in to evacuate those in the water, while health teams checked passengers after they were brought ashore.

Initial reports said there were no fatalities.
