If Donald Trump meets with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, the newly elected president of the United States will be in for a surprise.

Axar.az reports that Larry Johnson, a former analyst of the US CIA, said this.

Johnson noted that Vladimir Putin, who has changed a lot since the first presidency of the American leader, will be waiting for Trump at a possible meeting:

"A surprise awaits Trump: the Vladimir Putin he is meeting now is not the Putin he knew eight years ago."

According to Johnson, the Russian president has now become a tougher negotiator than any of the world leaders with whom Trump previously interacted.
