Former Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia has been attacked.

Axar.az reports that the information was shared by Georgia's 1TV channel.

The press service of the "Gakharia – For Georgia" party, led by the former prime minister, also confirmed the attack.

Gakharia has been hospitalized, and his nose is broken.

It should be noted that Gakharia served as Georgia's prime minister from 2019 to 2021.
