The US Treasury Department has expanded the list of sanctions against Russia.

Axar.az reports that this is stated in the document of the Foreign Assets Control Department of the country.

It was noted that 16 people were subject to restrictions due to their alleged contacts with Russia. Among them are citizens of China, Russia, Turkiye, and Germany. At the same time, Vasiliy Yurchenko, the former governor of the Novosibirsk region, was also included in the list.

The following enterprises were also affected by the sanctions:

- "Voentorg".

- Tactical Missile Corporation.

- "Barnaultransmash" and "Motovilikha plants" enterprises.

- Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.

- Tambov gunpowder factory.
