Turkiye will donate 17 "Cobra" armoured personnel carriers to Gambia under the "Military Financial Cooperation Agreement" signed between the two countries.

Axar.az reports that Turkish media shared this information.

It was also highlighted that a delegation led by General Fethi Oltulu, head of the logistics division of the Turkish Armed Forces General Staff, will participate in the handover ceremony.

Notably, Turkiye made a similar donation in 2023, when 2 "Cobra" vehicles were gifted to the Gambian army.
