The Ukraine crisis has accelerated the rapprochement between Iran, China, North Korea, and Russia, making their cooperation an irreversible process.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a report by the U.S. National Intelligence Agency.

"Since 2022, China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea have grown even closer. It is unlikely that ending the war in Ukraine will restore their bilateral relations to pre-war levels," the report stated.
