Ukraine will not recognize military assistance from Washington as a debt.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

"Ukraine has received a new draft agreement on mineral resources from the United States. This is a completely different document from the previous framework agreement. Ukraine will not recognize US military assistance as a debt. We are grateful for the support, but this is not a loan and we will not allow it," he added.
