US President's Special Representative Steve Whitkoff does not want to take the post of National Security Advisor to the President of the country.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his deputy Christopher Landau, are also mentioned among the possible replacements.

It is alleged that Trump is trying to find a "permanent candidate".

It should be noted that US National Security Advisor Michael Waltz and his deputy, Alex Wong, have been dismissed from their posts.

Earlier, according to Fox News, US President's Special Representative Steve Whitkoff may replace M. Waltz as Security Advisor.
