An An-2 aircraft with five people on board has gone missing in the skies over Yakutia.

Axar.az informs the report says that contact with the plane was lost while it was monitoring a forest fire.

"There were two crew members and three monitoring specialists on board. A Mi-8 helicopter has been dispatched to search for the An-2," the statement said.
