Iran's largest crypto exchange, Nobitex, has been hacked for over $82 million by the Israeli-linked hacktivist group Gonjeshke Darande, which labeled the platform a "terror-financing tool" used to evade sanctions.

Axar.az, citing CoinDesk, reports that the attackers claim they will leak Nobitex’s source code and internal data within 24 hours, warning that any remaining user assets are at risk.

The hack follows a cyberattack on Bank Sepah, and stolen funds were traced to wallets with provocative, anti-Iran names.

Nobitex confirmed the breach but has not officially verified the stolen amount. This incident intensifies ongoing cyber and physical confrontations between Iran and Israel and places Nobitex in a deep credibility and security crisis.
