Five killed in Ukrainian attack on Rostov region

At least five people were killed and one injured in a reported Ukrainian drone and missile attack on Russia’s Rostov Region.

Axar.az reports, citing Russian media, that Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar said the region came under a combined attack involving drones and missiles.

He initially reported that three people had been killed and one injured. He later said rescuers had found the bodies of two more people, bringing the reported death toll to five.

According to Slyusar, more than 150 drones and missiles were destroyed during the attack over several areas of the region. Damage was reported to residential buildings, administrative facilities and other infrastructure.
