Iran does not intend to acquire nuclear weapons.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said this in an interview with Al-Jazeera.

"We completely reject the possibility of possessing nuclear weapons; this is our political, religious, humanitarian, and strategic position," Pezeshkian noted.

He stressed that Iran will continue to enrich uranium on its territory in the future, within the framework of international law.
