The visit of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, and other leadership of the ministry to Turkiye continues.

Axar.az reports that, according to the information provided by the Ministry of Defense, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Defense Industry Committee of the Presidential Administration of the brotherly country, Haluk Gorgun, as part of the visit.

At the meeting held within the framework of the 17th International Defense Industry Exhibition "IDEF 2025", it was emphasized that the further expansion of Azerbaijani-Turkish military cooperation based on friendship, brotherhood, and strategic alliance is in the focus of the heads of state.

During the meeting, the prospects for the development of military relations between our countries and other issues of interest were also discussed.
