On the instruction of the Minister of Defense, military oath-taking ceremonies will be held for young soldiers in the training units and subunits of the Azerbaijan Army on August 8.

Axar.az reports citing MoD that the ceremonies will begin with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Then the young soldiers will solemnly take the Oath of Allegiance to the Motherland. The military personnel will march in front of the podium at the end of the ceremony.

Taking into account the requirements of the special quarantine regime, conditions will be created for coverage of oath-taking ceremonies, as well as the social life of young soldiers, interviews with servicemen, and, for the first time, video communication (online) with young soldiers' families.
