According to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, measures are being taken to improve the service and social and living conditions of servicemen.

The leadership of the Defense Ministry inspected the overhauled military units located in the Kalbajar and Lachin regions. First, the Defense Minister inspected the level of combat readiness of tank units and inquired about the conditions created here for servicemen.

It was reported that the military unit has all the necessary conditions for the service of personnel. Then the leadership of the Defense Ministry visited other military units stationed in the mentioned areas.

It was noted that the military units were equipped with modern equipment, furniture and inventory. In order to improve the service conditions of personnel, weapons rooms, dormitories, canteens, kitchens, medical centers, food and storage facilities, bathrooms and toilets were put into operation. Generators have been installed to provide the areas with uninterrupted electricity.

Meeting with the personnel, the Defense Minister once again brought to the attention of servicemen the historical significance of the victory in the Great Patriotic War under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and wished them success in their service.

In conclusion, the Defense Minister gave relevant instructions to further improve the social and living conditions of servicemen.
