In the South Caucasus, autumn is the most favourable season for short-term military operations. This is the best time for the Azerbaijani Army to conduct a military operation to establish the state border with Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Russian military expert and historian Oleg Kuznetsov shared these views.

"Today, Azerbaijan has enough military power and resources not only to build the state border but also to seize Yerevan, if necessary. Obviously, the latter option is excluded in principle, but the fact remains. Personally, I do not see any objective factors that could prevent the situation from escalating into another armed conflict," the expert said.

According to him, currently, Armenia has no real chance to change the situation in its favour. Both in the country and the diaspora, the sober-minded Armenians understand this very well.
