According to the bilateral cooperation plan between the Ministries of Defense of Azerbaijan and Belarus, a working meeting on military personnel was held at the Personnel Department of the Main Department of Personnel of the Ministry of Defense.

Major General Elchin Khalilov, Deputy Chief of the Main Staff of the Ministry of Defense, briefed the guests on the reforms carried out in the Azerbaijani Army and the training of professional personnel.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on military personnel of the two countries, in particular in the field of military service and registration of military personnel.
