The information spread with reference to the Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces about the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani Army units with losses and a change of position as a result of positional skirmishes with the units of the Armenian armed forces in the direction of the Istisu settlement is false.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

"The fact that the Chief of Staff of the opposing side's armed forces has made such a statement when there has been no change in the operational conditions since October 24 shows that he is not aware of the operational conditions.

We inform you that there have been no changes in the operational conditions and our units continue to be on combat duty in their previous positions," the information reads.
