The 14th Azerbaijan-Turkey High-Level Military Dialogue Meeting, held in Ankara, Turkey, under the leadership of Lieutenant General Heydar Piriyev, Rector of the National Defense University of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, and Army General Selçuk Bayraktaroglu, the second chief of the General Staff of the Republic of Turkey, has ended.
