4 people were hit by landmines in Kalbajar region.

Thus, in the evening today, the district police department received information about the injury of 4 people working on infrastructure projects in Chiragli village of Kalbajar district.

"Currently, police officers have been brought to the scene together with the representatives of the relevant state institutions", - it was stated in the information of the MIA.

In Chiragli village of Kalbajar region, the number of people injured during a mine explosion reached 6.

Thus, it was determined that two more people were injured during the incident.

One of them died.

On December 14, around 18:00, Kalbajar military prosecutor's office received information that 8 people fell into a mine in Chirag village of Kalbajar region.

According to the conducted preliminary investigations, it was determined that 4 employees of the company engaged in repair and construction works were hit by an anti-personnel mine in Chirag village of Kalbajar region.

Also, it was determined that 4 soldiers who went to the scene of the evacuation were hit by a mine, 3 of them received various degrees of injuries, and 1 died.

Currently, the Kalbajar military prosecutor's office is investigating the fact.
