Despite numerous appeals from the Azerbaijani side and discussions held in this regard, no necessary measures have been taken to prevent the transportation of weapons and other military equipment.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

It was noted that taking into account the situation, necessary local control measures were implemented by the units of the Azerbaijan Army in order to prevent the use of the dirt roads north of Lachin road for illegal activities, as well as the escalation of the situation by carrying weapons and ammunition by Armenia and the commission of potential provocations.
