Ukraine allocates $580M for military drones

The Ukrainian government has allocated 24 billion hryvnias (580 million dollars) for the purchase of drones to meet the needs of the military.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal.

"Today, we are allocating 24 billion hryvnias for the purchase of drones for the security and defense forces. The state has already signed a contract for the acquisition of 1 million drones," Shmyhal stated.
