Azerbaijan and Israel discuss economic ties in Davos

Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov discussed the prospects of economic partnership with Israeli Economy and Industry Minister Nir Barkat.

Axar.az reports that Minister M. Jabbarov wrote about this on his official X account.

"We met with Israeli Economy and Industry Minister Nir Barkat within the framework of participation in the Davos Economic Forum under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. We reviewed the current issues on the agenda of economic cooperation between our countries. We emphasized the prospects of mutual activity in the field of trade, industry, energy, and business partnership," the statement said.

It should be noted that, according to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, the volume of trade transactions between Azerbaijan and Israel in 2025 amounted to 78.04 million US dollars.
