Oil prices plunge after US-Iran ceasefire

Oil prices on global markets have sharply fallen following the ceasefire agreement reached between the U.S. and Iran.

Axar.az informs that Brent crude is currently trading at $95.04 per barrel, while light crude is at $96.72 per barrel.

For comparison, yesterday Brent was priced at $111.70 per barrel and light crude at $116.44 per barrel.

Additionally, the price of one barrel of Azerbaijan’s Azeri Light crude dropped by $1, or 0.7%, to $140.68 yesterday.
