Oil prices plunge after Iran opens Strait of Hormuz

Oil prices have dropped sharply on global markets after Iran announced that the Strait of Hormuz is open to shipping.

Axar.az reports that Brent crude is currently trading at $91.62, while light crude stands at $86.86.

It should be noted that earlier this morning, Brent crude was selling at $98.15, while light crude was priced at $93.46.
