Cryptocurrencies are rapidly depreciating

Among the major cryptocurrencies, the price of Bitcoin fell by 4.8 percent and Ethereum by 5.5 percent over the past week.

Axar.az reports that the prices of other cryptocurrencies have also fallen.

The US Federal Reserve will announce interest rates on May 4. The interest rate is expected to be increased by 50 percentage points to 1%.

It was said that the reaction of the market to the statement of the head of the FES Jerome Powell may make cryptocurrencies even cheaper.
