Appeals Council has been founded in the Ministry of Health in order to ensure the implementation of President’s decree “On establishment of Appeals Councils in the central and local executive authorities of Azerbaijan”.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, the first meeting of Appeal Council was held, activities of the collegial body and organizational issues were discussed.

Officials of Ministry were included into the Council.

Establishment of the Appeals Council in the Ministry of Health will increase more attention of transparency and objectivity in considering of complaints, as well as the protection of rights and legal interests of entrepreneurs.
