A Public Council will be established under the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the future with the participation of construction companies. Problems of businessmen will be discussed at the Public Council and measures will be taken for elimination of these problems, Minister of Emergency Situations Kemaleddin Heydarov said at the meeting with heads of construction companies.

Heydarov noted that the new Town Planning and Building Code has been drawn up as a part of the legal reforms:

“Construction is a very important area and a lot of people work here. Today, most of construction materials are produced in Azerbaijan. The local producers must know that measures will be taken for protection of local production and the construction companies will not encounter any obstacles”.
