The Grizu-263A satellite, developed by students at Turkey's Bulent Ecevit University and called a "pocket satellite," will be launched next week.

Axar.az reports that according to Turkish media, Grizu-263 A will be released in cooperation with SpaceX. The two-year-old satellite weighs 250 grams and measures 5 cm.

The satellite is scheduled to operate in low orbit for 4 years and 8 months. The Grizu-263A satellite will be launched from the Canaveral (SLC-40) Space Base in the United States on January 13.
