In accordance with the Land Forces training plan for 2022, a paramilitary cross competition among servicemen was held.

Axar.az reports citing MoD that first, the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev and Shehids (Martyrs) who sacrificed their lives for the independence and the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan was honoured with observing a minute of silence. The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.

12 teams representing types of troops and formations competed during the competition.

The servicemen competed in shooting, grenade launchers, and running competitions.

According to the final results, the teams "Kalbajar", "Barda" and "Beylagan" took the first, second, and third places, respectively.

In the end, the winners were awarded diplomas, certificates of honour, and medals.
