I congratulate brotherly Azerbaijan on November 8 - Victory Day with my most sincere feelings.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this in his post.

The Foreign Minister noted that he commemorates with respect the heroes of that historical struggle that ensured the reunification of Karabakh with its lands, remembers with mercy all our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland, and remembers our veterans with gratitude:

"Karabakh is Azerbaijan! This truth will live forever in the memory of the peoples and in the future of the region. Today, we are honored to be in Baku with our President, to once again deeply feel our brotherhood, and to share the pride of the Azerbaijani people."
