Azerbaijan open to expanding trade with Armenia

Expanding trade relations with Armenia is possible.

Axar.az reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this while presenting a report on the results of 2025.

He noted that if Armenia makes a corresponding request, Azerbaijan may consider it:

"Trade relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are being established from scratch. The proposal for the export of oil products has been accepted, and exports have begun. We consider it possible to expand trade relations. Although the export of oil products has been positively received on the one hand, it has also been met with certain dissatisfaction on the other hand, and there are calls against it in the Armenian public."
