Russia appoints new trade representative to Azerbaijan

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Adam Khakimov as Russia’s new trade representative to Azerbaijan.

Axar.az, citing TASS, reports that the order was published on the official legal information portal.

“Adam Salaudinovich Khakimov is appointed as the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the decree states.

In a separate order, the Prime Minister relieved Ruslan Mirsayapov of the same post following the expiration of his fixed-term service contract.
