"Commando training" courses based on the experience of the Turkish Armed Forces are of special importance in further improving the professionalism of servicemen.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov at a ceremony to present berets to the personnel of the newly established military unit of the operation (commando).

The Defense Minister instructed the personnel to be ready at any time to perform new combat missions of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

Colonel-General Hasanov praised the bravery and heroism of the Azerbaijani Army, as well as the personnel of the military unit in the Great Patriotic War.
