The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced the preliminary results of the August 23, 2026 election for deputies to the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Axar.az reports, citing Kazakh media, that as of the morning of August 24, the Adilet party received 71.17% of the vote.

Adilet Party — 71.17%

Nationwide Social Democratic Party (OSDP) — 5.11%

Baytaq Green Party of Kazakhstan — 1.07%

People’s Party of Kazakhstan (PPK) — 3.11%

Auyl People’s Democratic Patriotic Party — 6.26%

Ak Zhol Democratic Party of Kazakhstan — 5.21%

Respublica party — 5.56%

“Against All” — 2.51%

Parties must receive at least 5% of the total vote to enter the Kurultai.

According to CEC Chairman Nurlan Abdirov, the total number of registered voters was 12,623,289.

“More than 9,351,539 people took part in the voting, representing 74.08% of the total number of voters,” the CEC chairman said.

It should be noted that Kazakhstan held its first election for deputies of the country’s new unicameral parliament, the Kurultai, yesterday.
