Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this.

He said that some take an unbiased position and expressed this:

"And we say that anti-terrorist measures are Azerbaijan's right. Our Azerbaijani brothers patiently waited for the junta regime to be abolished after the 44-day war. Our Azerbaijani brothers participated in these contacts. But there was no result. They saw that the contacts were not designed to solve the problem, but to prolong the time. "Armenia and some circles extended the time."

The head of MFA noted that there were no casualties among the civilian population during the last anti-terrorist measures in Karabakh.
