Axar.az reports that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov signed the "Decision of the second session of the Interstate Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz Republic" and the "Joint Declaration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov".

The Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan Teymur Musayev and the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Alimkadir Beyshenaliyev signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of health and medical science between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic".
