Beyoncé brought her star power to a dynamic rally in Texas on Friday, urging support for Kamala Harris as she declared that America is on the “brink of history.”

Axar.az reports that , citing the Guardian, the vice president cautioned that Texas's near-total abortion ban could become national law if Donald Trump is elected.

“For all the men and women in this room and those watching across the country, we need you,” Beyoncé said to a cheering crowd of 30,000 at the outdoor Shell Energy Stadium in her hometown of Houston.

“It’s time for America to sing a new song,” Beyoncé declared, adding that she was not there as a celebrity but as “a mother who cares deeply about the world... a world where we have the freedom to control our bodies.”
