ICJ grants Azerbaijan, Armenia one year for responses

The International Court of Justice has given Azerbaijan and Armenia a year to prepare counter-memorandums related to the case of racial discrimination.

Axar.az informs that the press service of ICJ published information about this.

It is noted that the documents should be prepared by November 12, 2025.

Counter-memorandum - refers to the response that accepts, denies or interprets the allegations contained in the other party's memorandum.

It should be noted that on November 12, the ICJ considered Azerbaijan's claims against Armenia and Armenia's claims against Azerbaijan.
