Erdogan, Aliyev discuss Iran-Israel tensions

On June 14, the President of the Republic of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, called the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that this information was released by the Press Service of the President of Azerbaijan.

During the phone conversation, concern was expressed regarding the escalation of tensions between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the State of Israel. The heads of state emphasized the importance of resolving the tension quickly and stressed the need for resolving issues through dialogue.

The Presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkiye also exchanged views on matters related to the agenda of brotherly and strategic alliance relations between the two countries.

They also touched on issues related to future contacts during the conversation.
