In line with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Great Return to the liberated territories continues. As part of the return program, the latest resettlement convoy departing from Baku has reached Khidirli village in the Aghdam district.
Axar.az reports that 58 families, totaling 225 people, were relocated to Khidirli in this phase. The relocated families had previously been temporarily settled in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings across various regions of the country.
It should be noted that currently, more than 50,000 people live in Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, including not only formerly displaced persons who have been resettled but also individuals working on ongoing development projects in the area, staff serving in local branches of various state institutions, and employees in reactivated healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy sectors.
