France agrees to return detained Azerbaijani kids to Germany

France has agreed to return their two minor children, Deniz Abdullayev and Araz Abdullayev — who were temporarily detained in its territory in accordance with German court ruling that revoked the parental custody rights of Azerbaijani citizens Mahammad Guliyev and Gultaj Abdullayeva — to the German authorities.

Axar.az informs the Azerbaijani Embassy in France has released this information.

Accompanied by representatives from Germany, the children were returned to the country on August 18.

Legal support will be provided to the citizens through both the relevant Azerbaijani diplomatic mission and the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora," the statement said.
