In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on February 24 is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times.

Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, light drizzle is possible in some areas during the night and morning.

A northwest wind will change to a northeast wind during the day. Temperatures in Baku will range from 3–5°C at night to 7–9°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure is expected to rise from 761 mmHg to 764 mmHg, with relative humidity at 70–80%.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, weather is expected to be partly rainy in some areas, with heavier rainfall possible in certain places and snow likely in mountainous regions. Fog may occur in some areas at night and in the morning. A mild east wind will blow.

Temperatures outside Baku will range from 4–7°C at night to 8–13°C during the day, and in the mountains from 0–5°C at night to 3–8°C during the day.
