29 died of COVID-19 in Azerbaijan over the past day

995 new cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, and 1,136 people have been treated.

Axar.az reports citing The Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers that 29 people who tested positive died.

So far, a total of 30,1661 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus infection in the country, of which 265,539 have been treated and 4,169 have died. The number of active patients was 31,953.

Over the past day, 5,955 tests were performed to identify new infections, and a total of 3,114,879 tests have been performed so far.
