The captain of the Malaysia Airlines flight from London to Kuala Lumpur sent an emergency landing request to the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

Axar.az reports according to the information provided from the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the reason for this was the sudden deterioration of the health of one of the passengers on the plane (heart attack).

The Airbus A350 plane successfully landed at Baku airport at 06:42 local time.

Special equipment - an ambulatory elevator was used to evacuate the passenger promptly and he was immediately given first aid. Later, the passenger was handed over to the emergency medical team.
