I am a supporter of the process of demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, because I see no other way out in the current situation.

Axar.az reports that Sasun Mikaelyan, head of the diaspora organization of the Ukrainian Union, said these words in a statement to the Armenian media.

"I am in favor of demarcation, because today we have no chance to fight against Azerbaijanis. "For 20 years, Azerbaijanis have been buying modern weapons and ammunition, while our previous government engaged in looting," Mikayelyan said.

According to Mikayelyan, border demarcation is necessary for Armenia to become a free and independent state.

He claimed that he has never lost hope in Karabakh: "The matter has been raised in international courts, diplomats are working for the return of Karabakh Armenians to Karabakh."
