It should be noted that on December 25, the Embraer 190 passenger plane flying on the Baku-Grozny route crashed 3 km from the Aktau airport.

There were 62 passengers and 5 crew members on the "Embraer 190" plane that crashed in the city of Aktau, making a Baku-Grozny flight, totaling 67 people.

After the accident, 27 people were admitted to the hospital. 15 of them are citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 8 are citizens of the Russian Federation, and 3 are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic. One person has not yet been identified.

Three crew members, including both pilots, were killed, while two crew members survived.

On December 26, 14 wounded and 4 dead bodies were brought to Azerbaijan.

The plane's "black box" has already been discovered and procedures are underway to analyze it by international aviation conventions. The causes of the accident are currently being investigated. Final results will be released after all necessary research and data analysis is completed.
