11 billion euros will be spent on the Olympics

The budget of the Paris Olympics is estimated at 11 billion euros. This amount is almost twice the original budget.

Axar.az reports that "Ouest-France" spread this information.

It is reported that the budget at the time of the presentation of Paris's candidacy was about 6.2 billion euros:

"State expenses amounted to 4.6 billion euros instead of 2.3 billion euros. About 122 million euros were spent on the opening ceremony.
